Big Changes
Yeah, lots of big changes lately…. traded canvas work for a boat that needs work then traded my Highlander for a Truck so I can tow the boat. A pocket cruiser 1977 O’day 20 on a trailer and a 2005 Toyota Tacoma TRD with a canopy on the 5’ bed.
I traded the dentist I was seeing in Bonney Lake for a Dentist in Mount Vernon that offers bone regeneration for periodontal disease. I’m going to write more about that journey in another blog post soon but I spent a full day at Skagit Valley Dentistry last Thursday getting my teeth cleaned below the gums with a fiber optic camera so the hygienist could see what she was doing. If you want to look it up before I write the post check out PerioPeak.
I’ve been working on all the projects while trying to optimize my health. I fully changed my diet and have eliminated processed sugar and dairy. Giving up sugar was hard but stopping dairy has been the most difficult… but my gut is functioning better. Butter is my only exception to the rule. I don’t think I could live without butter. Lol.
Teaching yoga at the Whatcom Family Y lately as a sub has been a wonderful experience. Every class helps me improve my skills and share my love of yoga- plus it gets me to practice myself and for that I am super grateful.
I’ve done a few paid readings for PurelySpirit and would love to do more. However it takes a lot of time management to squeeze in all these things and at some point I have to choose priorities.
For now my main goal is completing all the sewing work I’ve committed to doing for all the lovely humans that support my business. I’m am so thankful for all the people who have made ElevenNW a success.
With all these changes there may be more changes since I’m on a roll lately. We will see….
